I'm happy with my service but can some PLEASE explain to me why you can't take payment from Delta Dental? It's absolutely ridiculous that for years I've had to get a check from my insurance and then either send the check in or cash it and pay the bill. This is one of the largest insurers in the state, please fix this as it is extremely frustrating! I awarded patience when ownership transitioned but the grace period is over. Get this fixed! My wife's dentist doesn't have the se same issues with the exact same plan, so I know it can be done! I have been going here for many years. They are very friendly and do a nice job!

Been going to this dental office for decades but recently have had bad experiences. I lost my capped front tooth and made an appointment to get it reattached. After the exam an appointment was made to do the work. When I showed up there was no record for an appointment and they couldn't get me in for the rest of the week. Actually they rude about the whole thing. I ended up calling a different dentist office where they got me in and worked late and overtime to get the tooth reattached. They seemed to really care.

Ever have a dentist poke real hard at a filling to tell you it will have to be replaced...with a crown or that you need a root canal but you're not in "root canal" pain and you just feel like a cash machine to them.....well let me tell you, I have. My distrust for dentists has been well warranted! Then I moved to Minnesota and was told about Dr. Nemetz. I was in need of serious dental work and he could have taken me for thousands, literally. He didn't. He didn't do unnecessary procedures, which he could have, as I was sure I needed a root canal on a tooth that would most definitely require a crown as well. He fixed my problem with no root canal or crown! I was made very comfortable for the work he had to do, felt very taken care of and grateful. Midwest Dental has an exceptional staff and trustworthy dentists. They do excellent work and treat you with respect and make you feel like you are a friend.

Have been going to Northtown Dental for 15 years, they were just bought out by Midwest Dental. In 15 years I have had wonderful 5 star service. Had a crown with Dr. Said and not very happy. I was in pain for over 2 weeks, came in and not taken seriously. He didn't even look in my mouth. Hang in there he said. Still in pain, tooth is still sensitive, transferring my entire family to a new dentist who will treat me and my family with kindness and who will take my concerns seriously.

I have never been treated so rudely at a place of business. I checked in ten minutes late for an appointment and was told the doctor could not see me. I was never told of a late policy on the phone nor on their website. Instead of being apologetic and kind in telling me that the doctor could not fit me in, they were rude and short. I asked to make another appointment while there, and they said I could call in. If they could have shoved me out the door, it felt like they would have.
