Insurance Plans

Northtown Dental Center in Blaine, MN is here to help you with all your dental needs. We offer the following information regarding insurance plans accepted by our clinic, and what you need to know when you plan to use your insurance plan to pay for services we offer.

Please check the information provided by your employer or insurance company to make sure you will receive the best benefits for treatment in our practice. While many people think dental insurance “covers everything,” most plans do have some restrictions – either in the amount they pay or in the services “covered”

Since our office works with hundreds of insurance plans, it is impossible for our staff members to know the details of your particular plan. We strongly recommend you review the information provided by your insurance company to become familiar with your plan. This helps you know what your plan covers and allows you to know what amount you will be required to pay.

Financial Policy:

We file your insurance claims and make every effort to help you with your insurance. However, you are responsible for any fees not paid by your insurance on the same day as service. We do offer approved financial arrangements.

For your convenience, we offer senior discounts and accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards, as well as accept CareCredit.

We are happy to extend 5% savings for payments made in cash.
